The following documents are required to gain vacant
possession of your property:

shorthold tenancy agreement together with copies of any previous agreements
issued to the tenants.

Full details of rent arrears
due.

Full details of tenants.

Any other information that may
be of assistance to us in respect of the possession order. |
We offer a fixed cost fee of £325.00 + VAT, plus
a court fee of £150.00 for the accelerated possession order and guarantee
possession in 6-8 weeks (depending on workload of the appropriate court)
